I too have receved the letter stating if I send them transfer fee of $20 they will rush my cash prize of $2,536, 092.23 to me! They list on back of letter that they are a private agency that researches and provide information on the availablity of lotteries, sweepstakes and games of chance and then provide rules and regulations for entry in such. Understand that, but how can they then say that $2,536.092.23 is in an account waiting for me???
