I have been using Rosetta Stone for almost 2 years. Suddenly my software encountered numerous problems. I have attempted to reload the software to no avail, ON 2 DIFFERENT COMPUTERS. I have contacted the company on a daily basis and it has not responded to any emails, for 5 days. The whole system is a rip-off. There is no support of any kind. Fortunately, I have a Pimsleur Spanish package. Rosetta Stone!!! The package that stops working and the Company that could care less.
