When I purchased my Rosetta Stone foreign language software I was promised world class free service if I ever had a problem. This influenced my purchase.
Now I have a problem. Audio works intermittently. I called the company for a solution and before they would provide me with one, they said their service policies have changed and I would have to pay a fee of $19 to get my answer.
It's their right for them to do this to new customers if they have changed their policies. But since I bought their product when they were promising free service, I am entitled to free service. Charging for service is a violation of their terms of sale and a rip off. They don't seem to care.
