My mother bought me the discounted Rosetta Stone Spanish 5 Level set for $159.99 (plus shipping and tax) for Christmas this year and when I got it home it only ran one time along with not having any type of activation number. Any other time that I tried opening the program it would get through the first option and then go to a blank page. After over an hour on the phone with Rosetta Stone (the REAL Rosetta Stone) they finally put me through to customer care and he informed me that the version she had bought had not been available for over a year and the site she went through was not an authorized dealer... He was fairly certain it was a pirated copy! Broke my heart for me as well as for my mom.
