I responded to a craigslist posting regarding "Rosetta Stone All Levels 1-5". The man I purchase the product from was named "Joseph" and his phone number is "510-541-8897". He told me he has never opened the product and wanted to sell it because he broke up with his spanish speaking girlfriend. After purchasing the product, I downloaded it to my computer. When it came for me to put my activation code in, nothing worked. I called Rosetta Stone to have them help fix the problem. After telling Rosetta Stone my activation code, the instantly knew it was a counterfeit copy! I have tried contacting "Joseph" again, however, he has not responded to my numerous phone calls and emails. I checked craigslist again (today 6/21) to see if he is doing the same thing over and over again... YES!!! He posted the same add and the same scam Rosetta Stone.
