I purchased the CableFlex and their upgrade package of videos etc.in April. When I received the package the ankle straps, handgrips, and carrying bag were missing.
I contacted customer service 5/2,5/20, and 7/17. Two of the reps. I talked to assured me they would send the missing parts out immediately. One of the reps. Acted disgusted with me, because I should be more patient because it takes three-six weeks to ship it.
Here it is Sept. 1. And you guessed it, no parts have arrived.in my final attempt I wrote them a letter today asking for the parts or a refund. Wish me luck!
