We have been signed up to virgin for over 6 years and signed up to the "L" packages we were originally supplied with the stuff but over the years the subscription changed higher broadband speed & HD channels but they never sent us the new equipment actually capable of supplying us what we are paying for then when we decide to call them it is just me home i was only 17 at the time the installation guy turns up and pretty much forces me to have tivo for only "£3" more a month which actually turned out more in the region of £20 a month, the main thing is virgin claimed that when i allowed him to fit the tivo box i had signed a contract which for one in the UK is illegal as you have to be 18 to sign a contract but also that he lied over the price and he made me feel i had to do the "upgrade" which is also constantly having errors...
