The company does not offer a refund policy of any kind. I inadvertently signed up thinking I as paying $12.00 for six months but it was 6 months for $12.00, costing $80.00.
When I tried by emailing, calling and explaining my mistake, they thumbed their noses at me saying, no refund you are with us for 6 months. Generally, companies on the internet
will refund for unsatisfied customers. Our Time does not. I plan to challenge the charge on my debit card as well as contact the attorney general for consumer affairs.
