Ive been calling these crooks for 9 months and keep getting the run around trying to get them to refund me $30.00 they without my permission withdrew from my checking account. They keep telling me 3 to 5 days and i will be refunded. Its been 9 frustrating months later and im still waiting for my refund. I guess its time to get the states attorney general office involved in this shady practice.
