I ordered a bottle of 024 Pain Management spray for which I paid £9.99 and have recieved, but a couple of weeks later I have been charged £79.99 for something I have not authorised or recieved, as I am an old age pensioner there is no way I can afford to lose this amount of money, please can you help me to get this money back.
