My brother had a major car crash in France and was stranded. We rang John at A1 and explained we needed a Minibus to pick them up. We ordered and then quickly looked at the online reviews and nearly cried after the day of stress and upset. We rang John and explained we were worried but he assured us and said he wouldnt take any deposit. He was brilliant and we picked the van up the next day with him even meeting us early so we could get over to France. They were there when we needed them and we were so grateful. We will never forget how they helped our family
