I wish I’d read these reviews before using this company. They might appear cheap but you pay in the end. They delivered the wrong vehicle (I ordered a Transit and they delivered a Minibus) on the wrong day (just 2 weeks early) and the wrong time! They also took £250 deposit from me (that I knew nothing about until I looked at my bank statement) and held onto it for 3 weeks after the hire finished. They picked up the van 4 days late and charged me a £25 admin fee for not filling the van up with fuel before returning it. I only did 30 miles in it and the total charge (again, I knew nothing until I looked at my bank statement) was £49.72. This works out to over £1.50 per mile. There is more but not worth putting it down. They say these charges are in their T&C’s but are well hidden on their web site. This was a very bad and costly experience.
