Why, after cancelling my original booking for a 9 seater mpv for 1 days hire at a quoted price of £115.99 as it wasn't available, did you then book a 17 seater minibus for 2 days hire at a cost of £179.42, without my knowledge or consent? Not only that, the total to be charged to my account is £429.42???!!! I neither booked nor authorised payment for this vehicle and therefore advise that you cancel it without delay as the payment is still pending.
