I purchase anuwave oven last year the plastic dome cover cracked several places i odrered anew dome for 15.00 plus 13.95 shipping when i received the part the part was the wrong size i called the company the told me to ship it back i had to pay the postage to return it and i would have to pay shipping to get the right size no refund on shipping cost the have alot of complaints about the cracking in the few months of use
