This $40.00 was taken from my checking account on June 26 and I never asked for this membership. I am on SS and i can't afford to lose this kind of money and i never get membership into anything. This is the only information i have as to who took this money out of my account, ACH web-single Smart member Servi Web payment. I have no idea what it is for and never asked for it...
