I am not a member and I'm being charged. Fraudulent billing

A $1 charge has been on my credit card now for several months. I tried to email Savingsmart online but can not get thru because I do not have a membership number. I wrote to the company in Des Plaines on March 20 demanding they stop making charges to my credit card. I never received a response from them. Today 4/18/07, I checked my credit card info online and there is another $1 charge. I called them again, they requested a membership ID which I do not have. They told me to email them. But you need a membership ID to do so. I asked them to email to me my membership ID number. I received an email from them on 4/18/07, and the subject line reads as follows: Email from Savingsmart Non-Member with a number. If I am a non-member, why am I being charged a fee every month? I have NO idea what this charge is for. And I never purchase anything online.

I've called my bank and they will be disputing the charges.

There is no way this company can be contacted. Their email states there are "Member Savings Representatives available to respond to messages M-F 7AM-7PM CST". That's an out right LIE!!
