Hello my name Jennifer * and i gave SupportConsCallHome permise to take money out of my account. But before the call was ended i cancel my order. They cancel but still took the money out of my account. I have been waiting since April 23 to get my refund and all they keep saying is sorry we will put another slip thru our billing department and today is July 9 and i still don't have my money.
