ILD teleservices
ILD teleservices has charged me with $454.87 worth of collect calls which I NEVER received

I received a phone bill on July 8 via email with charges from ILD teleservices of $454.87.

I first called my phone provider to dispute these charges and was told to call ILD.

I called ILD teleservices and was connected with an extremely rude man. I explained that these charges do not belong on my bill and I wanted to dispute them. He told me that they were for collect calls that someone in my house accepted.

I explained to him that the only people in my house are me and my husband and that neither one of us had excepted any collect calls.in a very RUDE manner he told me we did and that I have to pay the bill or dispute with my phone service provider. He then said he would take a % of the bill off and that was it. And he then very rudely hung up on me. Still leaving me with a bill of $274.69 for collect calls we NEVER accepted.

I do not know what I am supposed to do at this point. I am unable to pay this amount. My phone bill is normally $8.65 a month.
