I am reporting The villages at coronado apt's for the outrageous fees that they try and charge and they make no sense.
I have been trying to get out of this place and have had no luck. So once again we pay for the month of July and because we have not renewed our lease our rent has went up $160 dollars we paid our rent on time and I find a note on my door stating that we owe them $120 I dnt knw what for and if we don't pay tht we owe $320. They may be charging us just to charge because they are practically forcing us to renew another 6 month lease they shoved the contract under our door we have no intentions on giving this horrible place another dollar of ours.
Since we moved in it has been one bad move it is no place for me my two boys or my husband to live we've seen it all people firing a shot gun frm one apt to the one were in at some idiots that were partying all night people punch big holes in the walls in the hall ways rip the fire hydrant off the wall now if there were a fire we'd burn to death because some idiot ripped it off the wall loud music at all hours of the night roaches and bed bugs if you park your vehicle backwards it will be towed and you will have to pay $300 to get it out some fights just about everyday its a total disaster of a place to live and they are also coming into my apt without notifying me I knw for a fact that's not right for them to come in witthout my permission.
It would be nice to get my rent money back which is $981.47 to move out of this hole and I refuse to pay anymore fees for anything such as $120 or even $320. Can someone please help?
