I spoke to a guy by the name of Duke Stevens, he was the one who fixed both my computers. He told me that someone was trying to hack into my computer.

I want to know if they are actually a legitimate company or are they scamming me.
Please get back to me on this as soon as possible, so i can call my credit card company and i can change my ip address, so they do not gain any information from me.
