Ms. Fetzer paid for this with her own account at Banner Federal Credit Union. She did not advise Dr. Caywood. Months later Dr. Caywood got billed from the company. A collector Gary Stone began harassing her on a daily basis. I spoke w/his supervisor on 4/12 Ken Ryder. Balance was $2600 & he would settle for $1500. I called Dr. Caywood & she said she had no intentions of paying. Advised Mr. Ryder, this # is 877-524-5478 ext 231. The date I listed is approximate. Ms. Fetzer is no longer employed.
