Direct TV's service is great. Super TV reception. However, their billing department stinks. They take money out of your account and will not return it even if they are wrong. You obligated to a two year contract where the charges increase after the first year without warning. Then they increase again after fifteen months without warning. You have to let them have acces to your checking or svingings account or they charge you extra. So far I have cost them eight new account. Have cancelled my service even though it cost me a $200.00 cancellation fee. Do not use direct tv.
