Direct t.V. Has added charges to my bil and say that my promotion has ended than tell me it takes at least two billing cycles to catch up meanwhile I'm paying the extra charge! I belive that Direct t.V. Are scammers!!! I have had nothing but problems with them and then if you have trouble with your sevice they want to sell you a service policy at an extra charge per month. Poor customer service and scammers!!!
