Horrible customer service and price discrepancy - Medium cup of regular coffee

I am writing about the Donkin Donuts location on the corner of Cermak and Western in Chicago, IL. First of all, there are not one, but THREE panhandlers at the entrance, they open the door for you in exchange for money! And they get aggresive! The management obviously is in cohots with them, since they take out the trash in exchange! Second, the employees don't even greet you. Third, they charge $2.09 for a medium coffee, when
all the other locations charge $1.96!
