I've probably written about two complaints in my life about anything. So I hope that is a testament to how frustrated I am to be writing this right now. I live and work in White Plains NY. The closest coffee place to my house is the Dunkin donuts in stop and shop. I switched from the local coffee/bagel place near my job to start drinking espresso based drinks in the morning. Normally, I would have gone to Starbucks for my grande or medium cappacino, but it's not centrally located and it is a bit more expensive. Well after about 8 months of hoping that one day the staff at my local Dunkin Donuts and the rest of White plains (because I have tried other facilities in my town and gotten the crap)- not one staff member of the three Dunkin Donuts stores in a 20 mile radius make a cappuccino correctly. If I order a cappuccino and am paying almost double the price of a cup of coffee then I expect to get a half decent cappuccino - not a glorified, watered down horrible-tasting latte. I will not be buying any more coffee from Dunkin Donuts. I do hope they eventually train their staff how to make the products they sell - especially in White Plains NY.
