We have been in a rental house for a year and a half and have had horrible service. The staff is rude, service is inconvenient, as the owner is getting ripped off. We have had our water shut off twice which costs $80 each time to turn it back on because the water company sends the bill to RPM and they never get around to sending it. They provide quarterly inspections for the owner and the inspection is a joke. I tell them every time that the paint is peeling on the front and back railings and that the HOA is complaining. Finally, after a year, the HOA contacted the owner and threatened to fine them and the front was painted. Worst of all, my husband works nights and sleeps during the day, I asked them to re-schedule the inspection for one of his days off-the email exchange became nasty. What was a simple request, was escalated to them threatening legal action against me. Ever heard of "Quiet Enjoyment" RPM? Look it up. Avoid renting from them if possible.
