NEVER sign on with Real Property Management Colorado. They are negligent, have horrible communication, and will continue charging you weeks after you inevitably cancel your arrangement with them. Crooks and incompetents.
I signed on with them as a property owner in early August. I made it clear my rental property needed lawn service ASAP, as there was a city violation notice with a deadline to mow down weeds. They had three weeks to schedule the lawn maintenance, but as far as I can tell they did absolutely nothing except collect our initial non-refundable fees. I was forced to do the maintenance myself, and when I called to cancel it was very difficult to get through to anyone, and my calls and emails were not replied to. Several days later I was finally able to cancel, but three weeks later I a $193 charge appeared on my credit card statement. They charged me for the lawn maintenance... That I performed myself. And they once again will not return my calls or emails inquiring about refunding that money. Stay away from this horrible company.
