I was told I could qualify for a mortgage modification after falling behind on my mortgage like many other americans back in February. Out of desparation I decided to use the Law office of Macey, Aleman& Searns/The Mortgage Law group. They promised they had extensive experience in helping people in my situation and lawyers in all 50 states. A year and a half later I have a sale date, no return phone calls or emails and $5100 less to settle my mortgage debt. It is a shame lawyers are so desparate and are taking advantage of people who are struggling financially. The only thing the Law office of Macey, Aleman& Searns/The Mortgage Law group did well was take my money. I read many other rip off articles about this firm and I want to make sure as many people as possible are aware of their tactics. They are scammers!
