I an due for max pay out of $1500 for HVAC system that crashed. I faxed all documentations to this Company five times. Each time they would say they did not get it.in March and April I scanned and sent by email. My invoice was approved and I was told in April I would get check in a few days. Same for May, then I was told I would get June 22, Now the last three calls check is in the mail. This is a copy of many email responses.
