I was called and was told that Windows technitians had found many errors on my Windows XP and they wanted to correct the problems and provide download software to avoid the errors again. And am ashamed to say I went so far as to let him
'login' to my computer from a remote area. He made me download a program that
basically let him access my computer, and I saw him running it from their
database. He said he was going to 'login to show me the problems I have. When finished he told me there would be a charge and when I asked what the cost was he said look below, I will show you the charge. They charged it to my PayPal account. After over I worried and asked myself ALL DAY LONG "HOW IN HELL DID I LET THAT HAPPEN". They make it all seem that they were part of Microsoft Windows technitians. Asking now "Is ther anything I can do about it"?
