We signed a contract but the guy who came and did the estimates verbaly told us that they would not cash that check until we said it was a go because we were gonna go to our own bank and see what we could get on an equity loan and he told us repeatedly that they would not cash that check until he heard from me and my husband and i said yes its a go and the sales person is named paul seifert so dont beleave them even when they say that they wont cash your checks til its a go even if you signed the contract and there number is 860 829 5700 or 860 540 3933 or 1 800 360 4400
