Ordered product to monitor sons phone/texts. You need a computer science degree to figure it out and they do not tell you upfront that it is not compatible on some phones. I tried getting customer support... What a joke! STAY AWAY form this place... Nothing but a rip off. Never heard a word back from them, after contacting them about 6 times. Should be reported to BBB.
