My wife had posted her hair for sale on line with a reputable web site. BuyandSellHair.com Mr Blum contacted me and asked to buy the hair. We agreed on a price of $225 but he asked that we cut the hair first and send proof of pictures at which time he would place the money in a PayPal account and then I was to ship the hair to him via Priority Mail. Once the pictures were sent all corespondence stopped. He assumed he could not be caught or found. Through the help of my IT department, we were able to trace the ip address to Mr Gary Blum at Just For Kicks Martial Arts Center in Fishkill New York. Mr Blum probably does not know his actions constitute internet fraud
and I intend to excercise every public forms of exposure of his activity.including his local media. Mr Blum needs to know this kind of action will not be tolorated and he will pay for it with his reputation. He doesnt think we can find him but we did and will pursue all actions at our disposal.
