All Star Movers - Moving Nightmare - Undependable, Unreliable and Irresponsible

All Star Movers called me to confirm pick up on June 16th Saturday 11-1 pm, after I called them because they were late, they said it would be on Monday, I said that was unacceptable because we had new tenants moving in on Sunday and I had to be out. They diverted another truck to me which showed up at 8:30 pm. Their 32ft truck was 40% full but Jonathan said not to worry, it would all fit. At 11:30 pm the Driver "Jonathan" called dispatch to say he needed another truck! He loaded his truck to the max by 1:30 AM. He left what he couldn't take in my unit, he proceeded to rent a storage unit Sunday morning and unload his truck, then went back to my unit and loaded his truck again, then went back to storage and unloaded, then picked up the rest. It took Saturday night, Sunday all day and Monday morning to complete this nightmare. Then Jonathan said there was another truck coming from Ohio that would go to the storage unit to pick up the balance of my stuff. Jonathan would bring the remaining odds and ends. The company said it would be delivered on Wednesday June 20th, they never showed. I called the office and Jonathan had a death in the family and was not coming. The other truck no one knew anything about. Then CSR Mgr. Lawrence called to tell me it would be Friday June 22nd. Friday came and went they never showed. Called Lawrence again, said it would be Wednesday June 27th. Jonathan showed up with partial load Thursday morning June 28th (12 days) many items were scratch and damaged, obviously they were not covered. I asked where other truck was, he said Dispatch was calling to find out. Then they tried having me pay my bill in full, stating my other load was 10,000 lbs, I asked for proof, they had none, I said your paperwork clearly states I don't have to pay until all my things are delivered, they tried putting pressure on me to pay. Its Saturday June 30, its been two full weeks and no one can tell me where my furniture is or when its coming. This obviously means they were lying about the other truck and 10,000 lbs. They claimed the weight was derived from the truck being weighed on scales, if so, where's the truck? It's either lost, stolen or in storage somewhere. The csr mgr. Lawrence keeps moving you from one rep to another and they give you dates they never make as a way of pacifying you. I believe that the CSR company is an outsource company run by Lawrence, they have no control over All Star Movers who are owned by Mr. Ricardo Moraguez. We have a call into him to discuss this situation to see if he can straighten out the mess his Dispatch has created. I'm filing complaints with the BBB, FTC and Attorney General. Attorney is next. I will let you know what the final outcome.
