$ 89.91 charges added to my regural t-mobill by Apex without my knowledge or permision.
T-mobil it's not much of a help. They offer protection service from that kind of charges for $4.95/mnth!? It is a total scam! Can anyone do somthing about it. FCC perhaps? Fcc. Gov
