My 89-year old Mom did not know YR Benefits had done this to her too until she received a letter from the bank showing five insufficient funds fees charged against her account and showing that she had no money left in her account to pay the people she was supposed to pay with that money. What scumbags YR Benefits are (or whoever they are working for or with) — to prey on anybody like this, let alone the elderly. My Mom was in tears, scared and, understandably, VERY upset. We immediately went to the bank to see what they could do regarding this.
