From February through June I have been charged $14.95 per month on my Discover card. I just caught/questioned the charge this month. Called the company and found out I was automatically enrolled when I made a household product purchase in Feb. 2009. They said they would have offered a coupon or free tickets to try their free 30 day trial membership during the transaction. I don't recall any discussion about this, nor did I receive a coupon or free tickets or "membership" package in the mail. When I asked for a refund, they said they could cancel my membership and provide a $59.80 credit (10% of what they have billed me over the past 3 years.) I asked if there was someone else I could speak with to see about a full refund since I've never used their services or products, and was told "no".
