My Dell laptop got the "Blue screen of death" due to a damaged drive/hardware. I called MyPhoneSupport.com. They affirmend they can fix it, even after showing them doubt and asking "what happens if you can't fix it" in which their Tech replied, "don't worry, we will fix it". Well I gave them my billing info, they charged me, passed me to a "qualified" tech. Well about an hour into the repair service, the tech has me call Dell and tells me "they will fix your problem, I will call you back in an hour". The Dell tech told me that they would have to charge me to fix my computer. I called back to MyPhoneSupport.com to ask what the hell is going on, and they tell me "were sorry, but we can't fix your problem", thats after reassuring me that they could, got my billing info, and charged me for a service they did not perform. Please watch out for MyPhoneSupport.com. If you have a PC issue call the maker of your product.
