I purchased a laptop lest than a year ago and have had 3 house calls service and I was sent a hard drive to repair 2 months after getting the laptop. I had a service tech come out to fix one problem on Friday and another problem came on and another tech came out to fix a new problem 2 days later. Only to find out that this tech has worsen the problem. I contacted case management office and they are not doing anything about it. Do anyone know what I should do about this. I have a laptop that I purchased not even 7 months ago and Dell is not honoring their warranty. Help me
