was so shocked to find this site and see the number of people who had been scammed by this company.
My mum had bought the "free" eye cream and couldn't understand why she was being billed every month for a product she never agreed or signed up to buy.
She wrote to them constantly and finally found a number they did answer.
They reluctantly ended her order only after insisting she renew her order in 6 months.
She has since canceled her card. She honestly thought she could ring up, cancel the product and also send back the unopened product and get a refund. With most reputable companies this is a normal agreement.
