Well, Where do I begin?
It all started on 9/2/05, my husband and I decided we had the funds to buy a couch and loveseat set and
even enough to add a kithen table and 6 chair set. We walked away THINKING we had gotten a great deal!

Well, it was good for the first 2-3 months then our furniture started making noises every time company came and sat down. So we called the company.

I talked to a lady named DONNA and she said our furniture
was going to be picked up in about 3 weeks to get fixed, due to the fact that they need more than just ONE order to make it their worthwhile.

Well MORE than 3 weeks later, our couch was picked up, and was informed that it would take 4-6 WEEKS for our
couch to be dropped off and fixed. WeLL, TIME PASSED, and about 2 months later our couch was home. I was so used to being without it, I'd forgotten how great it was to have our living room back to normal once again. WRONG!

About 2 months later AGAIN our couch was making noises. I called once again to inform DONNA. Her reply, "well we have no orders going that way, but when we do I'll call you. "I even called her right back to give her our new phone number. Well time passed once again, no call. I finally called and her reply.."well like I told you when we have orders going out we will call you." well more than a month passed and nada.

So I finally got fed up and called a week later and talked to some other woman who said "Well maam, Donna is on vacation. There is no information on our board about picking up a couch at that residence..." { Mind you it's already 8/15/06}

How conveniently our 1 YEAR WARRANTY is almost up and nothing but the go around... I contacted the manager in ABELINE but to no avail, he had the same response, " Well, I knew you were going to call, because Brownwood called me and told me you were, and I can say that I don't know why they didn't pick up the couch, but I will get someone to do it, but if it breaks again
your warranty will be up and will cost 60.00 to 70.00 and hour to get it fixed again, and I've been here for years you can't get anyone over me to fix your problem." I was appauled.

Well, guy came to LOOK at it and decided it was broken and asked for a copy of the receipt. I did as told and NO ONE ever came to pick it up. I called Once Again and was told off by the lady there saying" We told you someone was going to look at it, order the part and then pick it up!"

Well, I know for sure the guy who came to look at it told us he would be back by no later than 1:30 to pick up the couch. I called the manager in Abilene again and he said that he figured he would order the part wich will take another 3 weeks to order and felt that we needed to have the couch at our home. HELLO! It's broken! Why would i need it at home? Then he lolly gagged about how he's worked for the company for years, and he knows what he's doing...

I informed him that Iv'e been in retail for 10 years and counting and this was NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE! That this was uncalled for, and that if I had to, I would contact someone over him...

He was quiet then begged me to give him another chance..
That he would make it right to give him a SECOND chance... And if 3 weeks passed and he hadn't call, he said that I NEED TO CALL AND REMIND him? HELOOOO since when am I His secretary?

It's August 17... My warranty expires 9/2/06...
I feel as if everything is being taken slowly so that my warranty can expire, and they won't have to worry about it...
Tired of waiting...
