Woke up this morning with text message alert from my bank for a 99.00 from GC billing.com. I called my bank to have them check it out. I have no idea what this company is. The bank cannot credit my account until the transaction is posted. As of this message I have not started my claim. The bank did give me the toll free number for GC billing. But when I called I received a perpetual recording advising me not to hang up and wait for the next available operator. This message was repeated in 3 different languages and I never was able to speak to anyone. They advised that you can communicate through their website customer service. I didn't want to give them any of my info. So I called the bank back. They advised that it was a fraud, but I have to make the claim after the posting. The bank did cancel my debit card. They mentioned that since the transaction is pending and the card has been canceled the transaction may reject and the money will return to my account automatically. I'll know more tomorrow.
