I ordered a trial of the Dead Sea Beauty products, with the understanding that I would have some time to check out the product before I decided if I wanted to purchase more. I never received the trial and kind of forgot about the whole thing until I got my credit card statement, showing two charges. One for $5.95 for the trial and one for $89.95 for the complete kit.
I emailed the company and was told that I should have let them know that I didn't want the full kit mailed. I tried to explain that I never received the trial, but they just sent back a generic message about the way their system works. They said if I wanted to keep the kit, they could offer me a discount of $89.95 for the kit... Duh... They've already taken it out of my account!
I've sent them another email explaining AGAIN, that I never received the trial offer sample... And that I don't want the complete kit... Can't wait to hear what happens. I should have known better!: (
