I tried to book two tickets from Burbank, CA to Tucson, AZ for 6/19 on US Airways through Cheapo Air. I was almost finished booking when the computer kicked me out. I tried at least 6 more times and the computer kept trying to book me from Los Angeles to Tucson. After much frustration I gave up. I was reviewing my credit card statement and noticed the two tickets were charged at $145.60 each plus a tax fee of $28.00. I called Cheapo air who claimed the tickets were issued and a confirmation notice was sent to me email. I never received anything; no tickets, no verification, no confirmation nothing. I have tried to talk to someone at Cheapo Air, on hold for 22 minutes. My credit card company tried likewise with no success. We called US Airways who indicated that we were no-shows. Am trying to get my money back with no success.
