I receive a mailing about how Forest Law Group can help with the new Obama mortgage modification plans so we called and were "pre-qualified". They said they could definitely help us. They felt we were good candidates and after all "we don't qualify people who don't fit the profile" which is what we were told. After providing them with all of the detailed backup of our financial situation they came back to us saying we don't qualify but took our $4,000.in our initial phone call which was supposed to "pre-qualify" us for this program we were told if the bank didn't make an offer we would get our money back. So we thought what do we have to lose. Now they don't return phone calls or e-mails. I think they are a fraud and should be put out of business.
