I saw Discount Mortgage Relief's add on the TV and thought if they would be repitable. I was WRONG! I contacted them in early Oct. I spoke with Edward and then a Tiffany who both stated I would "qualify for home loan modification no problem". I did everything they asked and they told me if for some "unusual" reason I didn't qualify, then they'd pay me back the $1600 (I had to borrow) within 3 buisness days. I didn't qualify because the banks have apparently got a loop hole (that I was never told about). My GROSS paycheck had to 31% or less than my mortgage payment. Who is going to qualify with that. No one brings home an unrapped paycheck! I know that Discount Mortgage had to have known that from the begining and NEVER told me about that. They just took the money and had me thinking I would get this.in the end, I have filed a complaint with the BBB and that was useless. Discount Mortgage has still not given me my money back, not one penny. It's now Feb. They shouldn't be allowed to lie and rip people off like this. I can't afford an attorney I'm a single mom. They prey on people like me and they should be fined and put out of buisness!
