I have been trying for 3 weeks to send an email to their customer service, and the emails will not go through. I have called and requested that they email me copies of my orders and returns from 01/01 through 06/18. I really need this information for my accountant. I have tried to open my orders online but it doesn't allow that. I have been very patient. I had a flood in my home and all my papers were destroyed, along with the items I have purchased from them. I need these in order to prove my losses.
I am a very good customer! I guess this is how they do business.
