I requested to cancel my order. Cancellation states that you must notify before midnight of the third business day. I did, I mailed copies of receipt and instructions to cancel my order. Then you must show that check was cashed, which I did, I mailed copies of front and back of check. Now when I contact the company they say they didn't receive the copies of the check. They said I could email but when I try to email the copies of my cancelled check guess what? The email given to me is not a valid email.
