I ordered the complete Dark Shadows series DVDs from this company. I received confirmation that my order had been processed and given an invoice with all the information on it. When my DVDs did not arrive by the specified date, I contacted their customer service and sent an email telling them. I did'nt receive any reply. I went to send them another email, today, and came across all these complaints against the company! I guess that will teach me to research the companies that I by from, BEFORE I purchase something, especially something this expensive! I'm going to contact my credit card and see if there is anything they can do about the situation, but I will probably end up EATING that $200
