I got the same email but didn't know it was a scam. I figured is was one of those 'participation required' offers and didn't get my hopes up but just when I tried to go to the site I got this complaint form and I didn't continue so there probly aren't any costs involved as damage for me but I am stilll reading what has happened and taking a long look at how easily these scams can reach out and grab you by the throat!
When I first started getting online, many years back, I got a notice from Smarterkids.com saying I was their Grand Prize winner of a Carnival Cruise for 4 on any cruise of my choose and for as long as I wanted. I gave them a real battle toprove it was true, being very skeptical about "ME" being a Grand Prized Winner. Winds up "I Was!" So I have a little thought always in my mind that maybe I might win again. I always say this..."My name is LYNN. I'm here to WIN! Over and over, Again and again!" and I win a LOT. I wish there were a spam filter that would actually attach an "IMPORTANT DETAILS ON THIS SCAM!" any time a spam is financially dangerous. Identification and a link to share with social networks as well as the other people we contact regularly. I would want this service for FREE but would pay something for it if it does what I want it to do. Wouldn't you?
